Pega Robotics

This role focuses on the implementation and maintenance of robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using the Pega platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into efficient and automated workflows. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality RPA solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Pega.
Analyze existing business processes to identify automation opportunities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution scope.
Test and debug RPA bots to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Maintain and support existing RPA solutions, addressing issues and implementing enhancements.
Document RPA processes and solutions.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience with Pega platform.
Strong understanding of robotic process automation (RPA) concepts.
Experience in process analysis and design.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
