Analyzing existing business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
Designing and implementing solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Monitoring process performance and identifying trends to proactively address potential issues.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of processes.
Documenting processes and procedures to maintain consistency and facilitate knowledge sharing.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in Business Process Management (BPM).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with process automation tools is a plus.
