Trust Safety Analyst

This role focuses on ensuring a safe and trustworthy environment for users within a digital platform. The Trust Safety Analyst will be responsible for identifying, investigating, and mitigating potential risks and violations of platform policies, contributing to a positive user experience and maintaining the integrity of the system.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and assess user-generated content to identify policy violations.
Investigate reported incidents and escalate complex cases as needed.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of platform policies and guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve safety and trust measures.
Contribute to the development of training materials and documentation.
Analyze trends in policy violations to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in content moderation, risk assessment, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with online safety best practices.
