Manager - Mechanical Maintenance

This role involves overseeing and managing the mechanical maintenance operations within an industrial setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of mechanical equipment, implementing preventative maintenance programs, and leading a team of maintenance professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment, including pumps, motors, compressors, and HVAC systems.
Manage maintenance budgets and track expenses.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Oversee equipment installation and commissioning.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in mechanical maintenance management.
Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment and systems.
